MEET OUR STAFF

Instructors

Aubrey Brady- Founder

Aubrey married her high school sweetheart, Rocky at age 19. She aspired to be a mother quickly after. Aubrey gave birth to her first son, Noah at age 21. And along came another boy, Nygel at age 24. She stayed home and poured her heart and soul into being a wife and mother. When her youngest went to kindergarten, she started substitute teaching at her boys school. Later, she took a full time job with Rutherford County Schools. During this time, she started private training with a barre instructor and fell in LOVE with barre.

Aubrey found a studio in Murfreesboro and within a year of being a client, she became an instructor. While instructing barre, she decided to obtain her esthetician license through Georgia Career Institute. Aubrey has a passion for health and believes a woman should love herself from the inside out. While she loved her experience as an esthetician in training, she decided to follow her dreams of opening her own studio.

A little over three years of leading the method, Aubrey decided to take a leap of faith. That is where Grace Barre was born. She has a great passion for leading such an empowering method of movement to ladies. Her desire is for a woman to leave her studio feeling better about herself than when she entered it. Aubrey thoroughly enjoys leading barre classes, but finds it most rewarding to pour Love and Light into all she encounters. If you are looking for a mental, physical, and spiritual experience, sign up for Aubrey’s classes.

Sarah Lawson

Sarah grew up in Florida and went to college for Occupational Therapy. She has been married to her husband and best friend for over 15 years.  Sarah loves people and loves to be active.
Sarah started taking barre classes at Grace Barre in 2018. She found fast results in strength and toning in her whole body. She also discovered that barre is continuously challenging and easy to change up so it never feels like the same class. Sarah loves teaching fun, challenging classes with modifications if needed and is happy to encourage everyone to make it their own class

Jessica West

Jessica’s passion for barre started in 2018 at Grace Barre.  After the first class, she was immediately hooked.  The classes are wonderful, but one of the best parts about this studio is the community that goes along with it.  She loves to watch the client's confidence build with each class as they get stronger and stronger.
Jessica has lived in middle Tennessee all her life and resides in Smyrna with her husband and son.  If she is not at the studio you will usually find her at the baseball/soccer/football fields cheering on her boys.

Kelley Watts

Kelley has been a part of Grace Barre for nearly 3 years and is now ready to bypass her fears and step out of her comfort zone to become an instructor. She has loved being able to push through personal boundaries both physically and mentally in the studio.  This community has had a great impact on her life and she hopes to be able to have an impact on theirs as well.  To empower them and for each lady to know they are seen,  they are loved and they belong. Native to Rutherford County, Kelley graduated from MTSU with a BA in Merchandising & Design with a Marketing minor.

Her day job is Office Manager with an Engineering & Landscape Architecture firm.  Where she basically keeps all the cats herded and their ducks in a row. When away from work her time is spent making memories with her daughter Molly, who is in high school & their dog Aengis McGillicutty, the clingiest Irish Setter you ever did meet.  She most enjoys her travel adventures and getting lost in the woods.
